In 2024, the original SASC team purchased the business back from Blue Owl Capital to establish an independent investment management firm, 1 Seed Partners LLC. The formation of 1 Seed Partners represented a return to the team’s entrepreneurial roots and a renewed focus on their core mission: investing in and strategically partnering with high-quality, growth-oriented real estate firms. By launching 1 Seed Partners, the team sought to continue and expand the legacy of GP stakes investing within the real estate sector under a nimble and dedicated platform.
